Reschedule is a workforce scheduling platform that takes the administrative work out of staff planning for hospitality businesses. It automatically generates weekly schedules based on your team’s availability, contract hours and minimum working days. Any conflicts are identified before publication, so managers always remain in control.
The app is designed for both sides of the same team. Employers and managers receive a clear dashboard for absence tracking, open shifts, time off requests, worked hours and daily schedule summaries through WhatsApp. Employees can easily submit their availability, view their published schedule, clock in and out, swap shifts with colleagues and report sick leave. The app can be used in Dutch or English.
